StarCaps case: Former Saints guard Jamar Nesbit sues NFL for fraud and negligence
Jamar Nesbit, who served a four-game suspension in 2008 after using StarCaps, is suing the NFL for fraud and negligence because the league allegedly failed to warn players the diuretic was tainted with a banned substance, and then punished them arbitrarily.
